The Unisenza + Smart Home Gateway is an excellent digital way to control our 3 Purmo Parada radiators. Whether we’re at home or out and about, we’re able to monitor and control the settings of the radiators via the smartphone app. The instructions in the manual regarding setting up the Gateway and pairing it to our 2 smartphones were somewhat disappointingly vague. However Thermosoft have a couple of YouTube instructional video clips which are easy to follow and make the set up process very easy and quick.
Disappointingly, the ethernet cable supplied was very short and did not reach our modem so I had to find a longer one. Looks like penny-pinching. Other than the cable issue, instructions are needed on how to set up the App. which without instructions I did not find intuitive and hard to work out. My "get out of jail" was finding an excellent U-Tube video in the Thermosoft website which allowed me to successfully set up the heaters on the App. Now all is working, the Unisenza is very good and the heaters are simple to control remotely.

Having recently installed the system, it is a game changer remotely controlling the devices. It is too early for me to review the running costs.
The thermosoft heater would have gotten a higher review but I did not like the Unisenza gateway. The instructions were confusing, the app needs improvement and it was difficult to set up.
