We use Google Meet for our video call consultations. Don't worry if you've never used it before, it's free, fast and simple. We'll email you a link, and all you have to do is click it when it's time for your call.
We recommend joining the call on a computer. You won't need to sign in or download anything to join the call this way. We share our screen for large parts of the call, and this will help you see what's going on more clearly.
If you don't have access to a computer and need to use a smartphone or tablet, you may need to download the Google Meet app in advance of the call. Don't stress - we can still make it work!
