We had a cold February day in Melbourne so I decided to give our 7 units a test. The house was warm within half an hour and felt like a warm sunshine hug. I’m now looking forward to winter for the first time in 63 years.
Our electrician installed all 7 yesterday and we tested the heaters last night and all worked wonderfully.
Thermosoft were just great when we decided to put ceiling fans in. Dean was so helpful in the planning stage, going above and beyond to make sure we ordered the right product and Heidi from customer service made sure we received the fans and helped with the return on 2 of them when the electrician they recommended to us discovered that not all ceilings would handle a fan.
The fans themselves are beautiful, whisper quiet and make our bedroom comfortorble on a 40deg night when the AC was broken.

I purchased the Unisenza+ Smart Home Gateway together with three Thermosoft heating units and paid for installation of both the heaters and the Unisenza system.
Unfortunately, the electrician who attended did not know how to install the Unisenza+ gateway. As a result, the gateway is still sitting in its box and completely unusable.
This is extremely disappointing, particularly given that the product was purchased as part of an integrated system and installation was paid for on that basis. I expected the installer to be appropriately trained or for clear installation support to be provided.
Please advise how this will be rectified as soon as possible, whether through a qualified installer, reimbursement, or another appropriate solution.

Easy to install on a stud wall and simple to operate in comfort mode. Fantastic type of heat and lovely to not walk into a freezing room first thing in the morning.

Has made mum's home warmer, cleaner and quieter. No loud overhead ducted heater which blew out hot and cold air. Thermosoft system has changed her life and increased her homes value
My first attempt to set up the gateway was by using the printed information contained in the Installation manual and the Unisenza brochure. Big mistake. Both are so badly worded as to make almost no sense. I eventually found my way to the Youtube videos which made much more sense. The set ups procedure is too complicated to remember (for me) after one or two viewings, so I transcribed the instructions and used my written instructions to complete the set up. Of course, it is now summer and I will have to wait for a few months to really test out the system. I'm sure it will all be good. I do recommend that you make a transcription of the video instructions.

I can't connect the radiators with the Home Gateway. The instructions are brief and don't have FAQs or Troubleshooting tips.

It doesn’t work it won’t pick up devices. Heaters
We had 4 Yali radiators fitted. Not only do they look great, they deliver gentle, quiet warmth and seem to be very efficient.
It's so handy to be able to turn my heaters on or off wherever I am!
The service I have received has been amazing from start to finish. I called first and received great advice, and he directed me to the local showroom and that he would let them know what I am after which he did. The customer service man was aware of my call and what I was interested in. My ordering was completed quickly with the knowledge I was given and then the delivery process was constantly advising me of the status. Even the drivers were very helpful.
Early days especially as the weather is getting warmer, so opportunity to run heater are few.
