Best thing we've done recently to warm our weatherboard beach house. Nice to keep on at night in the bedroom during the colder nights instead of having the blowing split system!
Love our new, wall mounted heater and Unisenza controller which we can turn on before getting to our holiday house to make it very nice and toasty.
I have it in a small lounge room atm. It hardly gives off any heat. I’ll put it into a smaller bedroom because I can’t be bothered returning it but from the feel of it it won’t do much. It hardly gives off any heat. I’m going to get another small Altise ceramic fan heater that heats the room effectively in about ten minutes.

Oil-filled radiators heat differently from ceramic fan heaters. Rather than producing an immediate burst of hot air, they warm the room more gradually through radiant and convection heat.
That said, we’d like to make sure everything is set up as it should be. Room size, heat loss and the heater settings can all affect how it performs.

Use of the online calculator was easy and turned out to be quote accurate. The unit recommended is not oversized, heats the space appropriately, and so is using the minimum amount of power to do so.
The manual needs improvement in relation to the programming, but the assistance (answers to my questions) from the support team was timely and cleared up the few queries I had such that I am now fully conversant with the programming of the controller.
It would be good of the plug could be "reversible" as the cord comes from the plug at about the angle of 4 o'clock. So, it lends itself to having the power point to the left of the heater, which is the opposite end of where the cord exits the heater. (For power points on the right side of the heater it would be better if the cord let the plug at the angle of 8 o'clock).
Heats the room well and exactly as predicted by the team at Thermosoft. Easy to program with the Unisenza app.
Definitely worth the cost. So much easier to program the heaters rather than doing it manually. Seamless set up and great functionality in the App.
After a small struggle with instructions as they were illegible am happy with the purchase. Effective in drying or warming smaller garments.
What a no-brainer!! Don’t do contortions trying to read or set your radiator, just turn the screen to face you…. This device is simple, elegant and makes a major difference to the use ability of the heater.
This radiator has made a massive difference to my life. I keep it on very low so things don’t get icy, but in an hour can heat up my bathroom with warm dry heat for a cosy shower or bath. I love it. I can’t believe I waited so long! Thank you Thermosoft!

So warm ! , gives a great ambient heat which is far better than the usual on and off with Gas Ducted heating which is so last century.
The delivery was excellent. The instructions and video enabled our electrician to install really easily. Nothing complicated or expensive. The radiators work perfectly and really easy to use. We don’t like air conditioning heat as it is too dry. The radiators are slimline and fit perfectly in the house. The dog loves it. We highly recommend Thermasoft for an electric heating solution in Canberra.
We lived in Switzerland for a number of years and always enjoyed this form of heating.
We have installed the Parada system and we are enjoying the European heating system again.

Amazing! So glad we went with this option over split systems in each room. Way nicer heat, much prettier units. The Thermosoft team mapped out our house on a call and all of their assumptions proved to be correct (even a little conservative). Pleasantly surprised by the efficiency.
Example from our first week or so of use (cold melbourne days). To heat the 3.7x4.9 lounge room to 20 degrees, this 1500W unit dials up to max output (ie 1.5kw) for 30mins-1hr or so then drops back to 400-1000W from there to maintain temperature. Old weatherboard with underfloor and ceiling insulation (no wall insulation, old sash windows). So to heat the room for 6hrs you're looking at about 5.25kW/h energy x appx 25 cent usage rate = $1.30. Plus the thermal mass of the unit keeps the room warm for an hr or so after switching it off unlike splits. Obviously less efficient than splits overall but worth it for us. Especially if you have solar and battery
Works. Easy to set up does what it says on the box. Setting daily schedules in the app completely transforms our thermosoft / purmo heaters. Worth it
Very poor comunication regarding the delivey of the product. Spent alot of time tracking it down. the company has poor control over deliveries. I would not purchase from this company again.
