Has made mum's home warmer, cleaner and quieter. No loud overhead ducted heater which blew out hot and cold air. Thermosoft system has changed her life and increased her homes value
My first attempt to set up the gateway was by using the printed information contained in the Installation manual and the Unisenza brochure. Big mistake. Both are so badly worded as to make almost no sense. I eventually found my way to the Youtube videos which made much more sense. The set ups procedure is too complicated to remember (for me) after one or two viewings, so I transcribed the instructions and used my written instructions to complete the set up. Of course, it is now summer and I will have to wait for a few months to really test out the system. I'm sure it will all be good. I do recommend that you make a transcription of the video instructions.

I can't connect the radiators with the Home Gateway. The instructions are brief and don't have FAQs or Troubleshooting tips.

We had 4 Yali radiators fitted. Not only do they look great, they deliver gentle, quiet warmth and seem to be very efficient.
It's so handy to be able to turn my heaters on or off wherever I am!
The service I have received has been amazing from start to finish. I called first and received great advice, and he directed me to the local showroom and that he would let them know what I am after which he did. The customer service man was aware of my call and what I was interested in. My ordering was completed quickly with the knowledge I was given and then the delivery process was constantly advising me of the status. Even the drivers were very helpful.
Early days especially as the weather is getting warmer, so opportunity to run heater are few.

This is a great heater! Easy to install, easy to setup the wifi and a great even heat comes and heats the room.
Very happy with this fan. Completely silent and the real timber blades are such a nice touch.
Finally got them fitted. They work perfectly. Now I just have to 'pair' them to my phone. Thankyou to all at Thermosoft for their advice and help.
We had three radiators installed at the beginning of spring and they are heating the room well, though I don't know if it'll be enough in the cold of winter. I like the temp display on each heater and I manually adjust the temp to suit. So far it's been comfortable.
I love the heat provided by these heaters. I am hoping I will be able to afford to run them

We will require another radiator, 1.5KW because the room is so large.

My electrician told me he was quite happy to install the hard wiring kits.
Am super happy with my Kaba heater. Surprisingly warm given I only ordered a 1000w portable to see how it would go, when the recommended size for the room is 2000w. I really feel the cold normally so I wake up to a pleasant 18 degrees every morning. Only issue is the short cord and position of the control panel. Be nice if the cord could be on the left on some models because I intend buying a Yali plus before next winter. I had a new power point installed yesterday and was limited to where it could be installed.

We understand your concerns about the short cord and control panel position. Our technician suggested to use an extension cord instead. While we don’t have a permanent solution for the Kaba at the moment, we do have one for the Yali Plus. We appreciate your input and hope the Yali Plus works well for you next winter.
