The delivery was excellent. The instructions and video enabled our electrician to install really easily. Nothing complicated or expensive. The radiators work perfectly and really easy to use. We don’t like air conditioning heat as it is too dry. The radiators are slimline and fit perfectly in the house. The dog loves it. We highly recommend Thermasoft for an electric heating solution in Canberra.
We lived in Switzerland for a number of years and always enjoyed this form of heating.
We have installed the Parada system and we are enjoying the European heating system again.

Amazing! So glad we went with this option over split systems in each room. Way nicer heat, much prettier units. The Thermosoft team mapped out our house on a call and all of their assumptions proved to be correct (even a little conservative). Pleasantly surprised by the efficiency.
Example from our first week or so of use (cold melbourne days). To heat the 3.7x4.9 lounge room to 20 degrees, this 1500W unit dials up to max output (ie 1.5kw) for 30mins-1hr or so then drops back to 400-1000W from there to maintain temperature. Old weatherboard with underfloor and ceiling insulation (no wall insulation, old sash windows). So to heat the room for 6hrs you're looking at about 5.25kW/h energy x appx 25 cent usage rate = $1.30. Plus the thermal mass of the unit keeps the room warm for an hr or so after switching it off unlike splits. Obviously less efficient than splits overall but worth it for us. Especially if you have solar and battery
Works. Easy to set up does what it says on the box. Setting daily schedules in the app completely transforms our thermosoft / purmo heaters. Worth it
Very poor comunication regarding the delivey of the product. Spent alot of time tracking it down. the company has poor control over deliveries. I would not purchase from this company again.

I was sceptical and only purchased one to try. I am pleasantly surprised of how nice the house feels now with it running along side my heat pump. The draft is gone and the temperature is maintained beautifully now.
Makes a big difference having the display facing forwards, although it does extend the length of the radiator by a small amount. It is a rather expensive piece of plastic though!
Arrived in good time. Easy to install and works well. The only small gripe is that the time needs to be reset after a power outage. One thing I noted is that lowering the temperature setting from 19.5 to 19.0 reduced power consumption by 30% over 6 days.
Loving the warmth of these radiators, silent and dust free. House has never been so warm and can set each radiator to a perfect temperature for every room.
Item works, but arrived with bent fins and peeling paint on back. Have been communicating with customer service for 1.5 weeks since delivery but no resolution yet, follow up is polite but slow. Not clear what resolutions would even be available

One of my better purchases to add to the units bought previously.Not only keeping me warm but as someone with acute bronchial problems,I am free from dust particles emitted by other heating devices----- very happy customer!
It’s an excellent product and it delivers what is promised, we bought this as an add on to our ducted reverse cycle system which I’m not a fan off and we use this at night to supplement, it’s a lovely quiet comforting form of heat
Excellent quality, worth the money/investment. I like that I can take it with me if I move to a different house. It warms brilliantly with no noise. It is not on wheels, and some would have trouble lifting it (this is the large model) by themselves, but for others, lifting would not be an issue.
Once it is up and running it is great. However, the learning curve and videos are not structured in any sort of order and are quite unclear. That is exacerbated as the instruction in the sleeve that comes with the gateway are so small as to illegible. Not sure why anyone thought that was a worthwile idea. Even the manuals online are the same.
Amazing fan but light kit doesn’t work with the fan. Customer service responsive but slow. Annoying when purchasing a premium product that-needs an install by a professional as added cost and hassle. Bought 2 without the light which are great and work amazingly well despite their small size.

Love it, we are sitting here in a warm and comfy house. Outside it is cold, wet and windy. Purchasing the Parada radiator has proved to be an excellent choice.
I love these as they look like hydronic radiators, wifi enables and a great source of heat.
