Looking for a solution mainly during those fresh spring days where the sun's out and solar is pumping but its still a bit chilly in the house. This for us hit the nail on the head. Room is warm and chill effect is gone. Solar covers the energy used so essentially free heat
Warm radiant heat at the touch of fingertips with the app and scheduling options are convenient. Thermosoft were great to deal with too.
The thermosoft heater would have gotten a higher review but I did not like the Unisenza gateway. The instructions were confusing, the app needs improvement and it was difficult to set up.

$45 hurt more than I thought it would.
It was easy enough to take the display off and refeed some wires and flip the display around.
After difficulties setting up the Unisenza gateway (so the heater can be controlled from an app) I’m sure the reorientated display will be well used when this needs to be reset in the future.

Some measurements in the instructions don’t appear to be accurate (37mm for first screw hole? 100mm line on bracket was not there) but product was still easy enough to install.
Purchased as product was advertised specifically for a drying cupboard - it does not have any program setting for a timer function. This required the $279 Unisenza gateway add on (I did get a discount code to get this for free).
The user manual for the heater programs were annoyingly complicated but now I have the app set up I will hopefully not have to refer to the user manual.
The instructions for the app were confusing and the app does not have a very good user face.
I have concerns that if the app stops working in say, 2 years, the support is a European company for the Unisenza gateway and if there are any issues getting a resolution, this expensive heater will cease to have a timer function.
The app dropped the heater and I needed to re add it, but it would not let me use the same name for the heater.
Works well and as intended but the app could be improved.
The heater alone could have a higher rating as it is well made but the technology the company has partnered with along with the cost of the required add on lets the product down.

Works like a dream. Maintaining comfortable temperatures all day and night.
Excellent balanced and comfortable heat throughout them entire house
The heaters look great, and they work well so long as the room is insulated and draft proofed (if the room is not, then the flow of cold air moving through the room will prevent the heater from warming it)
What has soured the experience is that the claim that the heaters are compatible with Alexa is false and misleading. They are not. The Unisenza+ app is not a skill Alexa can learn (the only skill is the old Unisenza app, which is not compatible). I have raised this directly with Thermosoft, and have received no reply.
You can control the heaters through their App. But if you are looking for a heating solution to integrate with Alexa, then do not buy these heaters. The advertising is misleading
If the App was compatible with Alexa I’d have given the heaters a 4-5 star review.

Great outcome. Wonderful heat. Takes a bit of concentration on the instructions and time to set up the inclusion of multiple units on the app but once achieved the system is really straightforward and accessible.

I love the look of these panels in our new home and yet to experience the warmth because it has turned to summer type weather.

We installed our first heater thinking we will probably need a second one for our space but we will see how it goes and take care of the cold spot. I’m so happy with it, the heat that is generated is so comfortable compared to the reverse cycle/heat pump. We can really feel the difference and most nights haven’t turned the heat pump on. I’ll likely add to the next stage next year so we can eliminate the heat pump as I don’t like blowing hot air.
We are located in Launceston Tasmania.
This morning my Unisenza app showed the temperature was 19 or 19.5 degrees at about 7.30am, an hour and three quarters after it had come on. This was on all four radiators. However, the actual temperature was clearly not as high as that. A thermometer showed it was only 16 degrees, and it felt like that.
I expected the Yali radiators to warm up slowly, having had hydronic heating in the past, but did not expect it to be quite as slow as it is. On the coldest mornings, the temperature goes up only a couple of degrees in the first hour of operation. I remember my hydronic heating warming up more quickly than that.
Was in the car from the airport after arriving in 11 degrees Melbourne. Absolutely fantastic to log into the app and turn on the heat so that the bedroom was warm for my nap after 33 hours of travel! Heater is epic and we love the wifi part! Essential to have!!
This is working well, i was not sure when we first install it, simple to install. Of course it depends on the size of your panel but we need to move the towel a couple of times to get them dry which is not an issue but don't think you can just hang the towel once and it drys, our heater panel is only a small one. We would purchase another one if needed.
We purchased two heaters a 500w and a 750w. We are still getting the settings set right but so far a pretty happy with the actual heaters. We have both of them set at around 15 deg as we are just wanting to take the cold out of a bathroom and a bedroom and they have worked very well doing this. We are just monitoring the cost of running them now and it appears to be adding about an extra $10 a week to run both heaters to our electric bill. We are in Tassie so that might add a little extra time when they are on. So far happy with the heaters.
These things are so easy and work so well and loving being able to turn on and off as we please depending on what rooms we are using
Friendly installation and radiator proving excellent heat.
This system makes heating effortless and seamless- setting the weekly schedule means that I never have to think about switching heaters on and off, yet I can override the system at any time. It is highly user friendly and I've had no problems with it. The heat is gentle and natural - it doesn't dry out my skin and there are no dust particles being thrown around by fans. Simply the best heaters I've ever had.
I think the "plastic controller" on the side is a bit clunky and cheap

It is very expensive to run (even with solar on our residence - power bill doubled from $350 to $700 during the period we tested it)
Would I order it again (& or more of them) .. yes
I installed the plug in version of this radiator myself in less than an hour. It provides a very pleasant heat and our kitchen/dining area is now the most comfortable room in the house.
We are enjoying the experience of the Yali radiators through our house. We love the App that allows us to easily turn them on or off from afar and regulate the individual room temperatures when not at home. They are responsive and create a wonderful warmth. So glad we chose them.
