Seems to be working very well. The instructions for installation could be improved but I was able to get there in the end. The key point is that the fire is very effective.

It has taken a few weeks to work out the best temperature, I love these heaters. I have 5 heaters and I feel now that I should buy the wifi connection.
So far not so good. We are getting a friend to help with getting it going. I find the instructions impenetrable! Doesn’t help that it also has a small screen close to the ground. If we don’t get the hang of it over the weekend I’d appreciate help from customer support.

The heater I bought, the Yali Plus 1500W, keeps my living room toasty when I want it to be and is economic to run.
This completes the package and makes use of the controller so simple and easy. No round corners and you can see what heater is doing. Just great.
Winter is here and the house was so cold. We are a full electric solar build. Nowhere for a fireplace. No A/c don’t like it just ceiling fans. So what form of heating that works, is comfort plus, affordable and smart.

Doesn’t seem to accurately display when active heater is in standby (ie non heating, green) mode

Why are the controls at the bottom and why can’t it be controlled by the app? We have some problems but they seem to be fixed.

Initially difficult to set up the gateway but the company rep spent an hour on the phone helping me set it up and now everything works well.
Good, but could do with a bit more user friendly control settings. Very difficult to follow the manual which actually has some wrong information in it
