One of my better purchases to add to the units bought previously.Not only keeping me warm but as someone with acute bronchial problems,I am free from dust particles emitted by other heating devices----- very happy customer!
It’s an excellent product and it delivers what is promised, we bought this as an add on to our ducted reverse cycle system which I’m not a fan off and we use this at night to supplement, it’s a lovely quiet comforting form of heat
Excellent quality, worth the money/investment. I like that I can take it with me if I move to a different house. It warms brilliantly with no noise. It is not on wheels, and some would have trouble lifting it (this is the large model) by themselves, but for others, lifting would not be an issue.
Once it is up and running it is great. However, the learning curve and videos are not structured in any sort of order and are quite unclear. That is exacerbated as the instruction in the sleeve that comes with the gateway are so small as to illegible. Not sure why anyone thought that was a worthwile idea. Even the manuals online are the same.
Amazing fan but light kit doesn’t work with the fan. Customer service responsive but slow. Annoying when purchasing a premium product that-needs an install by a professional as added cost and hassle. Bought 2 without the light which are great and work amazingly well despite their small size.

Love it, we are sitting here in a warm and comfy house. Outside it is cold, wet and windy. Purchasing the Parada radiator has proved to be an excellent choice.
I love these as they look like hydronic radiators, wifi enables and a great source of heat.

What an amazing setup! The wall panels are great and connecting to the gateway was very easy. An app that works seamlessly and is easy to setup and use.

More than happy with our radiators. They keep the rooms lovely and warm with a radiant heat that is so much nicer than the the split systems we were using. I was originally worried about installation, but it was actually a breeze and adjusting the settings is also easy with the instructions. Thermosoft were very helpful, providing detailed hearting requirements based on our specific requirements. Highly recommend

The heater does have 7-day scheduling options built in and controllable on the unit. But if you're looking for a simple countdown style timer, this is available if you purchase a Unisenza+ Smart Home Gateway and control it through the app. This also makes configuring scheduling much easier.

The heater works fine but there were a number of things I was not made aware of when I placed my order. Firstly, I intended to place the heater at a point on my wall, which would cover the power point. However, I discovered that the power plug sticks out too far. I've been told I could replace the supplied plug with a flatter plug. It's too late to tell me now. When ordering this heater I was told that it was easy for an ordinary person to install. But on reading the supplied instructions I see that they say in BOLD "In all casesit is strongly recommended that a suitable qualified professional installer, or similar tradesperson carries out this installation. Finally, I must say that delivery took much longer than expected.

We’re glad the heater is working well, but we’re sorry the plug clearance, installation guidance, and delivery timing were not clearer before you ordered. Having made plans around a specific wall position, we understand it would be frustrating to discover these details after the fact.
You’re right to raise the plug clearance and installation wording. We’ll use your feedback to make these points clearer upfront, so customers can plan better before they buy.
The radiator can't be installed directly over an existing power point as there is not enough clearance for the plug, but it is possible for an electrician to quickly change an existing powerpoint for one of our Radiator Hardwiring Kits in this scenario. We're sorry if we misunderstood your needs when discussing installation options with you, as we regularly walk customers through this.
Plug-in installation is relatively straightforward and safe by someone handy with tools, and does not typically require a tradesperson. However an electrician is needed for hardwired installation due to the electrical work required. In Europe the radiators are sold in a hardwired configuration without a standard power plug, so this is why the line recommending installation by a professional is included in the installation guide. For compliance we have to keep this text in as some customers will be choosing hardwired installations, and we don't want to encourage people to do their own electrical work.
We’re also sorry delivery took longer than expected. We should have set clearer expectations around timing. April is one of our busiest times of the year and our warehouse is under the pump. Bulky, heavy heaters are difficult items to ship safely, so we're much more limited in our choice of delivery partners and speed of delivery than businesses shipping smaller items.
