We enjoy the gentle heating and convenience of these units. Combined with our solar/battery set up we can heat our living areas virtually free of charge.

Yali Plus Oil Heater

The Yali oil Heather that I ordered was delivered in perfect condition and is very well constructed and has a beautiful warmth. So far very happy with the Heater and I love the fact there is no loud fan noise and that dust is not blown everywhere. Everyone at ThermoSoft Australia was wonderful and after I received the heater I was sent some messages to make sure I was happy with everything and to not hesitate to contact them if I needed to talk to them regarding any issues. Wonderful!

Parada winter comfort

Although winter hasn’t arrived, we have recently installed 3 Parada radiator panels in our villa. They aesthetically blend into our mid-century home complimenting the furniture and colour scheme.
The delivery of the units had a minor hiccup, but Thermosoft and the delivery team were quick to rectify the problem, (even forwarding a lovely gift hamper, to apologise for any inconvenience!) so that we were able to have the units installed on the given day as preplanned.

Beautiful, soft warmth,emanating from the wall

I highly recommend the Yali Plus radiators. I got rid of my gas central heating as it was at the end of its life. I have Rosacae, so many heating systems leave my face and eyes hot and dry. The heat from these heaters is beautiful - effective and soft. Not drying at all. They look great as well. I live in a cold climate, so heating is really important. The staff at Thermosoft are exemplary when it comes to personable, professional customer service.
I had a long consultation with Joseph and Bailey to sort out what the heating requirements were for my house. The Customer Service staff - Heidie and Chelsea - were fantastic when it came to working out the delivery. They really went out of their way for me to ensure things were sorted. Their communication and professionalism was so good. It's obviously a happy company/workplace. with a great product. Bring on winter.

Premium Product

Looking for a solution mainly during those fresh spring days where the sun's out and solar is pumping but its still a bit chilly in the house. This for us hit the nail on the head. Room is warm and chill effect is gone. Solar covers the energy used so essentially free heat
Warm radiant heat at the touch of fingertips with the app and scheduling options are convenient. Thermosoft were great to deal with too.
