We have been able to utilise the gateway due to the phone support from Tony. I was originally unable to set up the gateway utilising the documentation supplied.

I'm finding the Unisenza app very annoying. I am simply wanting to turn on and off the heaters when I choose. Having to dial down the temp so as I can turn them off and set-up a timer for them to turn back on, is annoying. I need the timer for the morning, however not every morning at the same time.

As discussed, the three lines (like a fire icon) can be used to turn off your heater, but to avoid disrupting the program you’ve set, you can also adjust the temperature by dialing down the temp. We understand it’s still not working as you expected to be, and we want to assure you that we’re taking your feedback seriously. We’ll continue to investigate and escalate this as needed to improve your experience.

Our technician mentioned the panels are showing an orange display and only feeling warm around the set point. Since you’re running them alongside a split system, we want to make sure both are working well together.
We’ve double-checked the panel settings, and everything looks in order. We’ve also reached out to arrange a site visit to take a closer look and help get things running just right.

Having control on the app anywhere anytime means we can turn individual heaters on when we are out so the room is warm when we get home.
We use this feature so often! Including changing the temperature without having to get out of bed!

One word. Fabulous. Cannot fault anything really. We had a problem which they then updated us completely. The new app does work much better than the previous so we are more than happy.
The Unisenza + Smart Home Gateway is an excellent digital way to control our 3 Purmo Parada radiators. Whether we’re at home or out and about, we’re able to monitor and control the settings of the radiators via the smartphone app. The instructions in the manual regarding setting up the Gateway and pairing it to our 2 smartphones were somewhat disappointingly vague. However Thermosoft have a couple of YouTube instructional video clips which are easy to follow and make the set up process very easy and quick.
