Thermosoft Australia – Win Your Order Back Competition

1. Promoter

The promoter is Thermosoft Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 90 657 190 004), 159 Barkly Ave, Burnley (“Promoter”).

2. Promotion Period

The promotion commences at 9.00am Tuesday 23 June 2026 AEDT and closes at 11.59pm Monday 29 June 2026 AEDT (“Promotion Period”).

3. Eligibility

  • Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
  • Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

4. How to Enter

To enter, eligible individuals must place a qualifying purchase on the Thermosoft Australia website (https://thermosoftaustralia.com.au) during the Promotion Period.

Entry is automatic with purchase (minimum $1,500).

  • One (1) entry per order.
  • No additional fee is required to enter.
  • Order must be paid in full to be eligible
  • Returned, refunded, cancelled, or fraudulent orders will be deemed invalid and excluded from the draw.
  • Order placed via affiliate links or using discount codes are not eligible
  • Not valid in conjunction with any other offer

5. Prize

One (1) prize is available.

The prize is a refund of the winner’s order value, up to a maximum of $3,000 AUD, refunded to the original payment method used for the qualifying purchase.

The refund includes:

  • Product value
  • GST
  • Standard shipping charges

The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash or store credit.

6. Draw Details

The draw will take place on Wednesday 1 July, 2026 using a random draw process.

The winner will be notified in writing via the email address associated with their order within three (3) business days of the draw.


7. Campaign Details

  • Promotion period: 9.00am Monday 23 June 2026 to 11.59pm Monday 29 June 2026
  • Minimum eligible order value: $1,500
  • Prize/refund amount: winner receives the value of their eligible order back, capped at $3,000
  • Winner drawn and notified in writing after Wednesday 1 July 2026
  • One automatic entry per eligible customer/person
  • Orders must be fully paid within the campaign period to be eligible
  • Orders placed outside the promotional period are not eligible and cannot be retrospectively included
Eligibility / exclusions
  • Entry is automatic for eligible orders (no separate entry process is required)
  • Only new orders placed during the campaign period are eligible
  • Cancelled and re-placed orders from prior to the campaign period are not eligible
  • The offer is not available in conjunction with any other offer, affiliate link or discount code
  • Customers using discount codes or affiliate links are excluded from the campaign
  • One entry per person/customer only, regardless of whether multiple eligible orders are placed
Cancellation / order changes
  • If an order is cancelled, refunded, reduced below the minimum spend, or otherwise altered so it no longer meets the eligibility criteria, the entry may be deemed invalid.
  • Thermosoft Australia reserves the right to verify order eligibility before confirming the winner.
  • If the order modified in a way that reduces the final order value, Thermosoft reserves the right to adjust, reduce, reverse or seek repayment for the refund amount to reflect the final eligible order value.

  • If the final order value falls below the minimum eligible spend of $1,500, Thermosoft reserves the right to deem the entry invalid and require repayment of any prize/refund amount already issued.

Winner notification
  • Only the winner will be contacted.
  • Non-winners will not be notified individually.

8. Unclaimed Prize

If the prize is not claimed within 14 days of the winner being notified, a redraw will take place on Wednesday 15 July 2026 using the same method.

9. Privacy

Personal information collected as part of this promotion will be used for the purpose of administering the promotion and awarding the prize, and otherwise in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, available at https://thermosoftaustralia.com.au/pages/privacy-policy .

10. General

The Promoter reserves the right to:

  • Verify the validity of entries
  • Disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or breaches these Terms and Conditions
  • Cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion if required due to unforeseen circumstances beyond its control

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits any rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
