Option 1: DIY Installation – Perfect for the Handy Homeowner
If you enjoy hands-on projects, you can install the heaters yourself. It’s simpler than you might think, and we’ll guide you through the process!

What You’ll Need:
Basic tools such as a drill, level, and stud finder (or a masonry drill if your walls are masonry).

How It Works:
You’ll mount the panels on your wall using our easy-to-follow guides. All you need is a little know-how to locate studs, level the heater, and drill securely.

Electrical Component:
If your heaters require hardwiring, this part must be completed by a licensed electrician. We’ll provide you with:
- Detailed documentation to share with your electrician.
- Support from our team to answer any questions.

Option 2: Hire Your Own Electrician or Handy Person
Already have a trusted electrician or tradesperson? No problem! You can hire them to handle the full installation.

How We Support You:
We’ll provide all the information they need to:
- Install heaters, towel rails, or hardwire kits.
- Understand load requirements for your system.

We will provided all your individual heater load requirements on your heating plan.

If you do not have a heating plan from us yet but you have specific heaters in mind. Let us know and we will tell you the amp draw for each unit.

Option 3: Let Us Help with Taskforce
We’ve partnered with Taskforce, a service that organizes electricians across Australia, to help with your installation. This is a great option if you’d prefer us to handle most of the setup!

What Taskforce Covers:
- Installation of heaters.
- Installation of towel rails.
- Installation of hardwire kits (as long as power is already present at the location).

Important to Know:
Taskforce quotes don’t include extra electrical work, such as:
- Running power to a new location.
- Checking switchboard load requirements.
- Additional electrical upgrades.
For these tasks, you can work directly with the electrician once they’ve been assigned. They’ll provide you with a separate quote for any extra work.

Want to know exactly what’s involved before committing to an installation? Soon, you’ll be able to book a site visit with Taskforce to assess the work required.

- An electrician will visit your home to evaluate any additional electrical work needed.
- You’ll receive a clear overview of the total job, including costs, before moving forward.

This service will help you avoid surprises and ensure everything is ready for your heaters to be installed smoothly.
Important Things to Remember
- Taskforce is not an electrical company. They provide quotes for specific tasks like mounting heaters and installing towel rails, but extra work (like running power) will need to be quoted directly with the electrician.
- We’re here to help. If you prefer to hire your own tradesperson, we’ll provide everything they need to complete the installation.
- Transparency is key. If you’re unsure about the Taskforce quote, you’re welcome to find your own electrician to get a full quote for all work required. Thermosoft will support you every step of the way.
